Very central studio (Art 3)

Disappointing. Positive: The location was central. That was by far the best part. Also, the apartment looks exactly as shown in the photos. Nothing was misleading about them. I appreciated that. The host, Dimi, was very prompt with her responses. I also spoke with Andy from the company, and he was extremely warm and friendly. The apartment was well equipped for the most part. Negative: Several things. I stayed for 8-9 days. Thats'a long stay. It bothered me that they did not leave me any body wash or shampoo. When I asked the hostess, she said that they handle 300 apartments, and they would not be able to make them available for me! I mean...hotels have 300 rooms and they do! I don't blame the hostess at all. It just felt very cheap. At the very least, provide for the first few days. I had to buy body wash and shampoo just for the trip! Look...it's not that big of a deal. You spend a fortune to stay in Switzerland. So what's a few more bucks? But it's the principle of the thing. It really bothered me. The pillows...I mean...I wish some of these properties actually lived in them so that they would know how it feels for a customer! They replaced it...but it was still squishy, and I had a massive neckache by the time I left. Again, stayed for 8/9 days and no one came to clean even once! When I asked the hostess, she said I had to pay for a cleaner! Again - CHEAP doesn't even begin to describe it! Also, this is just me, but I would've felt better had someone from the company actually shown up to say hi. Not once in the 8/9 days did anyone come. This is the hospitality business, and these things matter.

A brilliant stay in Zurich we very much enjoyed. Positive: Spacious, very comfy beds. Convenient for trams and galleries. The laundry room was a real bonus The heating was on for the really cold days. Negative: No comfy sofa

Disappointing Positive: Good communication from host. Well stocked kitchen. Negative: The whole place is tired and in need to renovation. Most of the furniture in the pictures was not there, the furniture that was there was in poor condition. There was a particularly disgusting rug. The cheapest pillows I have ever used, they provide no support. One of the windows has no curtain or blind, meaning no chance of darkness early in the morning. Very few power sockets, the one by the bed is broken. Building is quite noisy.
